PED ZINC Tablets Each dispersible tablet contains - Sinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 54.9mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 20mg Pack: 10x10's Zinc Sulfate Tablets are indicated in the children suffering from acute and percistent diarrhoea, respiratory tract infection, common cold, malaria, acrodemattis entoropathica, stickle cell anaemia and Wilson's disease. Zinc Sulfate Tablets are indicated in the treatment of diarrhoea, always in connection with Oral rehydration Salt (ORS) of the WHO by Zinc as soon as diarrhea starts, at the same time as ORS. By continuing Zinc Supplementation after diarrhea in the following 2 to 3 months is reduced.

Composition of Save: Each sachet contains: Glucose Anhydrous PhInt 13.5g Sodium Chloride PhInt 2.6g Sodium Citrate PhInt 2.9g Potassium Chloride PhInt 1.5g Pack: Kit pack of 10 Ped Zinc Tablets and 2 sachets of SAVE Orazinc Kit is for home treatment of mild diarrhea for young children. Caregiver should administer this combination immediately at the onset of diarrhea while also increasing the child’s intake of food and recommend fluids.

Azithromycin is an Azlalide antibiotic, part of Macrolide category. Azithromycin is indicated for the treatment of Respiratory, ENT and skin infections caused by susceptible pathogens. Azithromycin is used in adults for the treatment of mild to moderate upper and lower respiratory tract infections and uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections caused by susceptible organisms. It is also used for the treatment of urethritis or cervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis or Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and for the treatment of chancroid caused by Haemophilus ducreyi. Azithromycin is used for the treatment of disseminated infections caused by Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and for prevention of disseminated MAC infection (both primary and secondary prophylaxis) in HIV-infected individuals. It is used in children for the treatment of acute otitis media, community-acquired pneumonia, and pharyngitis or tonsillitis caused by susceptible organisms.

Azuma Syrup

Azuma – the azalide with unique microbial activity. Recommended in atypical and typical infections. Indicated for community-acquired pneumonia, pharyngitis/tonsillitis, acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute bacterial sinusitis, cancroid & non-gonoccocal urethritis & cervicitis. NOR-T Tablets

Nor-T is used in the treatment of diarrhoea and dysentery of amoebic, bacterial or mixed origins (initially watery diarrhoea followed by mucus and blood in stools). It is also used in Amoebiasis (intestinal and extraintestinal), Giardiasis, trichomoniasis and Anaerobic infections. Surgical prophylaxis and surgical wound infections – Complicated intra-abdominal infections [cIAI] arise from the hollow organs of the peritoneal cavity, including the stomach, small and large bowel, appendix and biliary system.

LEVOZ-500 Tablets

Each film coated tablet contains – Levofloxacin Hemihydrate equivalent to Levofloxacin 500mg Pack: 30x5’s Levofloxacin tablets are indicated for the treatment of the following infections due to Levofloxacin-susceptible micro-organisms; Acute sinusitis, Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, Community-acquired pneumonia, Uncomplicated skin and soft tissue infections, Urinary tract infections including acute pyelonephritis and Chronic bacterial prostatitis.

Chloramphenicol is used in the treatment of typhoid and paratyphoid fevers but does not eliminate typhoid carrier state. It is also used in Haemophilus influenzae, meningitis, chronic infections of urinary tract with a sensitive strain of Proteus vulgaris and rickettsial infections.

Cipron is a broad spectrum and potent synthetic Fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent. It is indicated in various respiratory, urinary and other infections caused by susceptible microorganisms. Respiratory infections : Bronchopneumonia, acute/chronic bronchitis, acute exacerbation of cystic firbosis, bronchiectasis, empyema. Ear, nose and throat : Otitis media, sinusitis, mastoiditis, especially infections due to Gram-negative bacteria. Intra-abdominal and biliary tract infections : Infective diarrhoea, typhoid fever, cholangitis, cholecystitis. Pelvic infections : Salpingitis, endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease. Urinary tract infections : Uncomplicated and complicated urethritis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, epididymitis. Gonorrhoea : urethral, rectal and pharyngeal. Bone and joint infections : Osteomyelitis, septic arthritis. Skin and soft tissue infections : Infected ulcers, wounds abcesses, cellulites, erysipelas and infected burns. Erythromin is used as alternative to penicillin hypersensitive patients, in respiratory infection, pneumonia, syphilis, urethritis, acne vulgaris and whooping cough. Prophylaxis of endocarditis, infections due to Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Chlamydia trachomatis, legionnaires diseaseenteritis due to campylobacter spp chancroid, severe acne and cholera.

Shetrim is used in the treatment of choice for pneumonia due to Pneumocystic carinii and also infections due to Nocardia asteroides. It may be used to treat typhoid and paratyphoid infections; dictostrains of Shigella resistant to Amoxicillin. Invasive salmonellosis, bone and joint infections due to H. Influenzae, urinary tract infections, sinusitis, exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and gonorrhoea in Penicillin allergic patients.

Sheltrizine Cetirizine HCl BP 10mg

SHELTRIZINE Tablets & Syrup Tablets : Each film coated tablet contains – Cetirizine Hydrochloride BP 10mg Solution : Each 5ml (teaspoonful) contains – Cetirizine Hydrochloride BP 5mg Pack: Tablets – 10x10’s Pack: Solution – 60ml Cetirizine is indicated for the relief of nasal and ocular symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. Cetirizine is indicated for the relief of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Because Co-Malather is effective against both drug-sensitive and drug-resistant P.falciparum. It is also recommended for malaria infections acquired in areas where the parasites may be resistant to other antimalarials.

SULPHADAR Tablets Each tablet contains -Sulfadoxine USP 500mg Pyrimethamine USP 25mg Pack: 30x3’s Sulphadar is indicated for the Intermittent Preventive Therapy of malaria in pregnancy (IPTp). The aim of IPTp is to prevent the worst effect of malaria infection in pregnancy rather than to cure.

MALAFIN Tablets Each tablet contains – Sulfamethoxypyrazine 500mg Pyrimethamine BP 25mg Pack: 10x2’s Malafin is indicated for the Intermittent Preventive Therapy of malaria in pregnancy (IPTp). The aim of IPTp is to prevent the worst effect of malaria infection in pregnancy rather than to cure.

QUINALIN Syrup Each 5ml contains – Quinine Bisulphate BP equivalent to Quinine 100mg Pack: 100ml Quinine Bisulphate is indicated in the treatment of falciparum malaria especially in Chloroquine-resistance strains.

QUININE SULPHATE Tablets Each film coated tablet contains – Quinine Sulphate BP 300mg Pack: 10x10’s & 1000’s Quinine is used for the treatment of severe and cerebral malaria; multiple-drug resists P. falciparum malaria.
